Hopefully someone knows whats happening or what log will help determine the issue.
I am not sure what changes were made in particular, but just sitting idle even my CPU is sitting ABOVE 200% CPU, I have seen it jump to 300%.
I am testing with a 1080p movie now and its @ 110%.
This just doesn't make sense to me as it is now stuttering with the high usage??
I am running the Alaska theme and have tried others but same issue.
Could this be a need of a reinstall of Live 9.11? Its a fairly new install the past week.
