I want to Stream The files that are in my PC's Xmbc folders [music,video,..etc] to a remote PC.

[something like a Ondemand video watching]

If yes ,How can i do that?

Also does the client also require to have Xmbc or Browser is enough.

this has nothing to do with xbmc. you do this on the os level.
