I've xbmc live install ona dedicaded machine.
When i play video files from lan work correctly even with MKV too large (8-9 Gb) and start immediatly.
If i play a VIDEO_TS folder of a dvd via LAN the problem is:
1)employs 2 minutes and more for start to play, seems that need to buffer the entire disc before start
2)don't play automatically, it's seems that don't recognise as a dvd folder
I've try to search into this huge forum but i've find only old discussion without resolution of this problem.

Xbmc live 9.11 install into hd of an
acer aspire M8 dual processor 64bit Athlon 3500+ 1gb ram, nVidia MCP61S on-die graphic.

Basically i think that this is a general buffer problem or reading problem about video_ts folder (if not the same problem will be the same on mkv...) and don't depend from hardware or machine...nobody have the same problem?
