works with scraperxml now & scraperxml editor, still fully functional in xbmc

I assume this is a full tvdb scraper or a patch against head. Either way, please open a trac ticket and attach the necessary files, so that it may be reviewed correctly.

its against the trunk folder

and i submited the trac ticket before even mentioning it #8656, also a trac ticket for excalibur films to fix titles coming up wrong
