hi,

we currently lack feedback when stuff like subtitles on/off is triggered from keys. i have remedied this locally, but i'm not sure how you skinners would prefer to have it. either

1) use the normal toast dialog
or
2) use the player.showinfo info bool and have a player.info infolabel available.

code would be simplest with 1) but if you think 2) would be advantageous it's not a disaster.

what do you think?

nm, i went for the toast dialog after some discussion with jezz_x. r23718
