Slimline slot loading DVD player

Has anyone got good experience with a certain type?

I've found the following slimline slot loading players (I don't like the feeble excuse for a tray notebook drives usually have)

Sony Optiarc AD-7630A, which is cheap and IDE so I can throw it away after upgrading my motherboard

Sony Optiarc AD-7670S, which is more expensive but SATA

SAMSUNG SNT083A, which is more expensive and harder to get.

Any other alternatives or experiences with one of those?
