I used Aeon previously but has recently switched to Confluence.
Most of the features I liked with Aeon are already in Confluence but one thing I miss is that Aeon displayed codec and bitrate info during music playback when pressing "space".

e.g. "Flac - 1104 kbps"

Can anyone (in novice baby steps) explain to me how I can add this info to Confluence?

Please let me know if I have been unspecific and more information about view etc is needed.

confluence does that too. i use it on xbox with a remote, so i don't know what button it is for you,
but i can press one on the remote and it shows filetype (e.g. "mp3"), bitrate etc:





so my guess is that confluence simply uses a different button for it than aeon.
