2 Hard Drives too close together? (pics)

I may just be Paranoid but would having 2 hds this close together cause too much heating or other problems?

Shouldn't do, although depends really on the flow through your case.

Personally wouldn't worry about it.

No worries. Those enclosures are meant to hold hard disks. Don't worry.

Like any cpu the hard drives are designed to withstand a lot of heat but if you really are
concerend about it move your slave disk to the bottom of the drive cage, this will help to keep the buggers coolerWink

thanks guys, ill probably add another fan for better cooling. This case I currently have doesn't have the best airflow.

I'd be tempted to move the fan..... try to use them in a "push'n'pull" effect.... get one blowing over the drives and one at the back of the case pulling the hot air out like an exhaust....
