Here are the steps I usually follow
1. Create the folder structure as described in the initial HCE post.
2. Copy trivia, intros, etc into the appropriate folders
2. Start simple. Add options to HCE (intros, trailers, etc) one at a time and confirm that they work as expected. IN the HCE configuration pages, you get to specify where each type of intro in located, as weel as the location of trivial and how to handle trailers.

) If you notice anything weird let me know and I will correct them. I used the existing template for the Movie Trivia Questions (not sure who created it but someone let me know so I can give them credit), and included my modifications to it in each zip file incase anyone wants to make there own. The Bio's/Trivia came from Wikipedia and IMDB and are semi-automatically selected so apologize if some wired information got in there.
