Hi All

I have a Foxconn Netbox 330i, if i use the latest live Version from XBMCFreak and i boot from CD i have HDMI Sound working. I have now installed the system to Disk. Everything is running well, incl. Network, Remote, Vdpau etc. but i can't bring up HDMI sound up and running. I have checked diffrent settings, in System - System - Audio but without sucess. What is strange if i boot from CD it works, but not after the install to disk.

Did somebody have some ideas what i can checkout to bring HDMI Sound up and running.

I have installed 2GB Memory, what takes then 256mb of Shared Graphic Memory for the Ion.

same issue with an Asus REVO
that's a helluva long guide...does it really take all that?

The following guide is for an older version but enabled HDMI sound for me: Check alsa config

Did the trick for me.
