HI all
I have cheapo remote that sends keybpard preses
I am attempting to setup a button on the remote to close xbmc and open mythtv
I have a a perl script that will close xbmc and open myth or the reverse and it works fine closing myth and lauching xbmc
It does not respond however once xbmc is running as xbmc appears to lock out all keyboard inputs unless they are in the keyboard xml.
Is it possible to somehow bind a key to launch the script from within xbmc?
Any help much appreciated
