where are my 60Hz
#1
in xorg.conf i have a mode specified for my tv "1920x1080_60i" which is supposed to do 60Hz but when i start up xbmc, i show 1920x1080@ 50 in system settings
does xbmc automatically drop the refresh rate? why dont i see 1920x1080 @ 60 as an option in xbmc

i have tried 1280x720_60 mode (which my tv supports) but again, once in xmbc, it shows @50

Disable dynamic twinview and force dfp scaling to native, there are a lot of threads on the forums about this.

Here's an xorg.conf that works. Just replace the modeline with your own and change horizsync+vert refresh and you're set to go Smile
