[LINUX] Shutdown not working
#1
Hi,
I have a computer set up for only xbmc using Arch Linux. I have it boot directly into xbmc by adding xbmc into .xinitrc. Now when I use XBMC's shutdown/suspend/reboot buttons it just restarts xbmc. I did set the shutdown button to actually shutdown the computer. Also, when I press the power button on the computer, it just restarts xbmc. does anybody know how i can fix this as the only way i can shut it down now is by using ssh, holding the power button or flipping the switch on the power supply.
Thanks

It's not an answer to your problem, but if you've set up a linux machine specifically just to run XBMC, why not just install from the LiveCD?
