Hi!

I bought one of these to get an IR reciever to my HTPC.

I then took my Logitech Harmony 895 and configured it as MCE Remote Keyboard. Made some manual changes and it works very well in XBMC, I'm so pleased, got it to start up when I choose the HTPC Activity and it will go to suspend mode when switching to another activity.

BUT, once in a while the remote stops to work when watching a movie or listening to music. It will not work again until I've restarted the HTPC.

Does anyone have an idea on what this could be? The PC runs Win 7 Ultimate and the only thing installed on it is Spotify, Voddler and Logitech Touchmouse Server for iPhone.

From the site it looks as though you got the remote handset along with the receiver. When things stop working do both handsets not work?

I found out that there is an option in Win 7 in the Energy Saving scheme where you can decide if USB should be active or not. I changed it to Activate, seems to work better for the moment.
