I use WMC on W7 to periodically record some TV shows. Later on I watch them in XBMC.
Are there any free tools out there that would automatically scan a specific directory for new content and then remove commercial breaks and compress the MPEG files?
I found Cbreak, but that's not exactly automatic...

I just realized WMC does not save the shows as .mpg, but I have other TV recording software that does, so I'm still interested in suggestions.
