Pull New Movie/Episode info from last modified data of file?

Just a suggestion, it would nice if the library pulled the new movie/episode information for skins from the last modified data of the files rather than by when they were scanned in to the library.

The only reason I suggest this is because I am continually reinstalling xbmc and rescanning my library as I try different things out and when I rescan them in I forget which were the ones that I had recently downloaded.

I realize there are downsides to this line of thought as well, just throwing it out there for discussion.
