Hi all,

i have Dell Optiplex 620 and installed XBMC Live on it. When connected to my LG monitor all resolutions are available (from 800x600 through 1280x768 to 1440x900) but when i connect it to my Toshiba Regza 42x3000 TV i only can choose from 800x600 and 640x480. I don't know what is wrong. Another thing is that i don't have any xorg.conf or X86config file where i can change resolutions. Computer is equipped in Intel GPU.

I can add that when XBMC was installed on Windows XP not standalone there was more resolutions including 720p and 1080p

Any help will be welcome.

Here's an xorg.conf file that works:

replace the modeline with one for your setup. You can run 'gtf' in a command line to make modelines.

Thanks but this seems like xorg for Nvidia GPU.

Sorry, yes it is for nvidia.

You can generate an xorg.conf like this :
