Extremely good looking, you can almost count me in as a fan. Keep it up :-)

HTPC hardware: Hiper HMC-2K53A-C0 case, Intel Core 2 duo E4500, 2GB Corsair DDR2 PC6400, Samsung spinpoint S hard drive, Gigabyte GA-73-PVM-S2H motherboard (R.I.P). Planning on getting a ION box instead.
HTPC software: XBMC trunk, Confluence skin (usually).
Storage: 4TB+ of external hard drives accessed through SMB on a 100 mbps network.

Heres my take on fullscreen music playback:

See in action, notice the skin automatically adjusts to whether you have cdART or not, - Youtube Link
In case that version was blocked - Vimeo Link

Fanart version

Here's Recently added on home:

See in action - Youtube Link*
*I used my lower end PC to record, skin scrolls better than the video

2 things to notice:
1. It uses a wraplist to scroll through 10 items
2. Last half of video I was trying to show how the 'Recently Added' is set on a delay of 3ish seconds. One thing I don't like about 'Recently Added' is how it's always in your face. Now with a 3 second delay when you causally scroll through home menu you don't notice it.

Homepage looks good. You are progessing very nicely here.

What are you doing to have the HD overlay on the episodes for recently added? I haven't paid much attention to changes in that feature lately. Is it now able to read resolution?

No thats just for me...Some shows I have two copies- One for the HTPC and one for the XBOX. The HD logo makes it easier to identify which is which.

Technically I could use the resolution tag but then I have to modify every view in every skin I use...
