did you mean xbmc/addons ?
On Linux mine was ~/.xbmc/addons do not know if it is different on OS releases

Hey Ronnie,
Got the lastest xbmc svn 29941 and the latest transparency, which version of the script do I need to usem cause all of the version from the link you posted dont work, I get an error saying script failed.

this may not be 100% accurate, but to the best of my knowledge:
xbmc up to r29886 -> v1.0.1
xbmc r29886 or up -> v1.0.3
if things don't work out, enable debug logging, restart xbmc and post the logfile to pastebin. :-)

Unfortuantely it appears that I am still getting the RecentlyAdded script error.
Not sure what to try next.
