[RELEASE] Alaska Revisited (not 100% Eden compatible)

Ah, the script isn't run every time you enter Home but by switching skins you'll force a re-run. It will run after you update the library and enter Home after the update has finished though.
I have just done this myself and the new fanart was correct.

Is there anything that changed recently in an update? I used to have the TVSeries in banner mode displaying banners properly (taken from banner.jpg in each series folder) but since I updated the skin some shows display the poster in the banner while others still display the banner.
Any way to make things back to normal?

A good way to check what's changed is to read the Changelog.

Anyway, I've changed the way images are handled in Banner and Landscape modes because lots of people don't read the first post. So now it'll use the default, scraped image for Banner and Fanart for Landscape unless you enable 'Use banner.jpg for Banner view' and/or 'Use landscape.jpg for Landscape view'.

I've added favorites on a video source in the movies custom buttons, but alas when hitting back, I'm not back to the home menu, I'm back to the video sources root...
Anyway to prevent that and go back to root directly, other than editing the include_homedefault.xml?

Thank you for this awesome skin, it truly makes the XBMC-experience a remarkable one.

I'm experiencing some weird behavior though, call it bugs if you like.

When using the icon home layout. If I disable home screen items so there is four or less active. On the homescreen the icons then appears as two "sets" one that zooms normaly and one that don't zoom at all. This happens in the regular and svn version of Alaska Revisited.

In the svn version. I use this to change some icons and experiment with a few modifications. The file media/dialogs/scanprogress.png is named with a lower case p and in the xml file refered to as scanProgress.png with a capital P.

Just thought I let you know.
I'm using svn 34555 of XBMC btw.

Just updated Alaska Revisited, and for some reason the "info" button no longer works under movies.. The only way i can get it to display information right now, is by pressing "context menu", and then choose "information"... It still works just by pressing "info" under tvshows thou... Did i miss something??

Restartet etc., but to no effect.

What happens in other skins?

hi guys, been reading a lot, and like what you've all done with the xbmc stuff.

I've got an old xbox running xbmx and thought I'd finally try my hand at xbmc for windows.

I run win xp, and have installed the skin.

however I can't see my mouse half the time. the other half of the time it shows a mouse with a red cross threough it.

any ideas on whats going on.
