Subtitles wont display (rarred videos)
#1
for example : video1.mkv
if that is rarred with filenames : 1.rar
and you have 1.srt in the folder it wont show the subtitle unless u name it video1.srt even though the rar will still be 1.rar
if possible please add support of subs that have same name as the rars in folder.

Would they play if you put the subtitle inside with video in the rar?

If so, why not just store them that way? Save you the trouble of storing subtitles along with rar's in the folders.

i dont want to change the rars just have it read the subtitles that are alongside with them. for example if u have movie.rar and then movie-en.srt , movie-fr.srt u could have it show english/french subtitles and change between them

what matters is the filename inside the rars. that's the media file. that's what we will match. movie.rar/foo.mkv foo-en.srt foo-fr.srt

thanks for the answer. found a way faster way to do that instead of renaming the .srt (since winrar wont let me copy the filename without extracting it) i browse for the subtitle and i add it from there.
