5.1 AC3 PassThru displaying as 2.0

Hey All,

I am running XBMC on an AppleTV and have used handbrake to rip my dvds as .m4v files. I have ripped the 5.1 track as AC3 Passthru yet in both Alaska and Rapier the audio flag shows as 2.0. Any ideas what may be happening? Thanks in advance for any help.

They are probably picking up the 2.0 AAC track as the first audio track. Post the Mediainfo for the file to be sure.
