I have a media center remote that came with my HTPC case (Mozart Sx) and while I was setting the buttons to use in XBMC it will not let me assign the volume up and vlume down buttons among others because they are already set for something within windows. The program the I am using to set the buttons is what came with the case it is called Imon I believe, its pretty handy with that one exception. So my question is, is there any way for me to completely "erase" all the other functions that are set for the remote outside of XBMC and have them all freed up for use within XBMC using the Imon program or would I have better luck using eventghost to program the buttons? I really do not care about windows functionality because I am going to set up the PC to auto-boot XBMC when the computer starts up so its more like a media center than a PC.
