hello all first and foremost

i have got a revo with xbmc live installed and has been working great for the past few days, come to put it on not 10 mins ago and the screen resolution has changed to a very small window(using hdmi) tried to change the screen resolution etc but i cant get it back to full screen and its not a setting on the tv because i have tried everything so far and if possible i dont want to re-install

any ideas??
