Cheap Video Card Advice

I was looking into getting a cheap video card. It must be low profile and will be used on a windows system with a pentium processor (already have the PC). Currently I will not be using any HD sources. Are any of these video cards worth getting?

First 2 will do HD under linux.
1st one doesn't have HDMI.

Get the second card, the 210.

Only real complaint is despite being low profile it didn't come with a bracket.
