LIRC and XBMC for Linux
#1
I have a quick question. I managed to install LIRC and also get my remote set up with the config file from lirc.org. "IRW" gives me results when pressing keys on the remote, so it appears that the config file is working and the remote properly set up.

Unfortunately, XBMC does not react. Link below shows the key mapping.

Any thoughts? Your help is appreciated!!!

Thanks for the quick reply. Not sure whether I understand it though. What I am supposed to do?

Setting up Lirc is just step 1 of 2. You'll need a custom remote section in Lircmap.xml.
