I have just bought an Asrock ION 330 with 4GB DDR2 memorys for my XBMC.
I will have it on a Windows 7 64bit.
But the problem is that the whole windows 7 is so slow in some way.
In idle it takes 5-10% av the CPU and when i open the internet explorer the iexplorer.exe show a cpurate of 80-90 % .
Its not normal.

Why does this appear :/

This isn't really an asrock forum. Since you haven't even loaded XBMC you might want to get your other stuff sorted first in another forum.

An idle of 5-10%. I dont see anything wrong with that.

You have the wrong version of Windows 7 installed! Take the 32-Bit version. It runs much better than the 64 Bit version. I have also a Asrock 330HT-BD and i know what i am saying
