Yes you can. I've replied to your other post on this subject. You're starting XBMC by some means that doesn't have the -p argument. I'm using 28256 in portable mode here.

If you want DXVA2, youre gonna need to run bleeding edge builds. I suggest using a nightly build, and just updating it every so often until 10.05 comes out.
