Hi guys,

Having a small issue with my Tv Shows atm. I have smb them from my server and they are there in file mode. All tv shows are in correct folders and seasons etc. There are no nfo in any of them as read this might effect it. They play fine in file mode too.

As soon as i turn on libary mode on there is a scrolling banner about

font size small; 666666 background #eeeee and goes on and on.

Any ideas what might be causing this?

I can't advise why this is happening but I have recently started using XBMC on my new media centre setup and I had this issue with my South Park collection. Instead of the title and info about the show, I had a similar issue like yourself.

To correct it, I came out of Library mode, changed my chosen scraper to IMDB TV, right clicked on the South Park folder and selected Show Information (Think that is correct) and it found the show and re-downloaded all the show and episode information. When I switched back to Library mode, the show was listed correctly.
