Hey guys

So.. I recently installed xbmc on my apple tv, and it runs perfect!
Now.. I have several movies, music videos, and tv shows on the apple tv harddrive, which I would like to be able to play from within XBMC. How the hell do I do that!?
Do I add a source? - if so.. where is the apple tv media stored!? I have through ftp, (Cyberduck) looked everywhere for a media folder on the apple tv, but I simply cannot find it... please.. any help would be greatly appreciated.. this is driving me crazy!!!

I've been wondering the same thing, not sure if it's possible?

Instead, I've hooked up a USB drive to my Time Capsule and added that as a media source to XBMC.

Would still like to be able to add the Apple TV local drive as a source though.

Video -> add source. Nav to Volumes and you have the entire filesystem there to pick from.

The AppleTv itunes synced files are in the media volume
However if the content was actually purchased it won't play as XBMC does not support DRM
