Connection Issues over WiFi
#1
I have my XBMC remote on a motorola droid and using a home WiFi connection. All the settings are correct on both ends. I am able to use the remote control but nothing else. My connection keeps cutting in and out. I get connected, see all my stuff, and then it tells me to check settings. I restart everything and only get about 5 seconds of connection. I have checked my firewall, checked the settings on the network, and checked the settings on my droid. Nothing helps. I even tried another XBMC build because I thought my versions weren't playing nice. That didn't work either. I checked the board and found somewhat similar issues and tried those. Nothing. I back to running the last stable build of xbmc and the xbmc remote is 0.7.1

Can you give us a log of what happens? If you don't know how to do that see FAQ #16.
Thanks.

The acutal log was much bigger than this, but I could not send the whole thing. I attempted to include xbmc specific connections.

When you use pastebin it provides a unique URL that you can add to your post to make things easier for the devs to find, I'm sure they'll appreciate it.

Cheers.
