Custom backgrounds

sorry for such a noob question but i just got a Revo and got XBMC loaded onto it so now im trying to get settings and a skin all set up and good to go before i start configuring my media.

i just want to know how to be able to set custom images to be used for the backgrounds. i have set up FTP with WinSCP successfully so using MediaStream skin, what do i name the backgrounds and where do i place them? and is that it or do i have to go into settings and tell XBMC what backgrounds to use?

See Settings->Skin, you can set custom backgrounds in there.

You can place them and name them anything that is a graphic file.

got it. it didnt work the first time i tried it. now i have the second version of MediaStream and it does work. Smile
