Hi Guys,

Have installed and configure XBMC Live on my new Zotac MAG. Running fine streaming files from my PC over Ethernet. Have tried to configure Wireless following the instructions at http://www.mini-itx.com/projects/xbmc-ion/module/8. Unfortunately, the system now boots into Command Line (i.e. 'XBMCLive login:'). Cannot get XBMC Live to load, let alone set the system to autostart into XBMC again.

I am new to Linux, so any advice is much appreciated.

Thanks Cowfodder, unfortunately this didn't work. My system is still booting to Command Line ('XBMCLive login:')

I have also tried:

sudo /etc/init.d/xbmc-live restart

and
sudo /etc/init.d/xbmc-live stop
sudo /etc/init.d/xbmc-live start

and get a message"

'Since the script you are attempting to invoke has been converted to an Upstart job, you may also use the restart(8) utility'

Any ideas?

2 wild guesses...

1) re-install nvidia drivers
2) or remove the network changes and see if it works again

You can also try logging in, typing startx, if fluxbox loads right click on the desktop, find a terminal emulator, load it, then type xbmc
