Hello everyone,
I'm very thankful so far for all your help in xbmc development, it's been working great so far except there's this one thing i really want to have: chinese character support. I've searched a lot of threads, read about the lang.xml and other xml file, but no luck after trying it.
I went to the appearance and language, and choose chinese simplified, and choose the arial font, no luck. I downloaded an arial font i THINk works (do you guys have a proven one that works?) BUT... I can't replace the current font maybe because I'm not the root user? what's up with that.
It's really weird, i found the original arial font file before, but now I can't!! I was using filezilla but no luck finding it now... using WinSCP, and no luck there either...
Is there anyone here that will be online in the next few hours that uses any instant messenger that can help? I get the feeling this isn't going to be easy...
