Is there anyway to map a keystroke to a mouse button?
I would like my wheel button mapped to /, to go fullscreen/window.

Not within XBMC. Your OS may be able to do it perhaps.

Try auto hotkey. I know you can map the right and or left mouse buttons. I think you might be able to do the wheel as the 3rd mouse button or something like that. It's a free program so give it a go.
