[hikaricore]

I've poked around a bit searching and reading trying to find a way to use absolute numbering for a series with over 100 episodes.
It seems xbmc only wants to recognize up to 99 then once it hits 101 it reverts to 01 obviously skipping 100 and overall failing at the desired result.

I've set the series to use absolute ordering, I'm curious if I need a regex line or something to accomplish this.
