Hi all, i have done some searching but have not found the answer im looking for so here is my problem with the suspend and resume...
I have 3 XBMC boxes in my house and one is the problem i am having trouble with, the problem started a few weeks ago that was another problem that lead to this one.
A few weeks ago i noticed that the movies i have on my server, some that are mp3 2 channel audio and others that are 5.1 channel audio where playing fine other then the 5.1's where coming out as 2 channel only, so i did some looking around in the settings and all looked good in xbmc then i looked at alsa and found every thing was good there too but still only getting 2 channel on all videos.
So i decided to reinstall with the newer version of xbmc and after setting up the audio thru alsa and xbmc i found my problems was that i had the Dolby Digital (AC3) unchecked and that was my problem from the start with the sound.
That is now fixed but since i did a reinstall now i have the suspend/resume problem, i can get it to do it once right after a reboot or a start up but then after that it just reboots its self.
I have looked thru all the posts about suspend/resume problems and compared them to mine and did some changes to some files but it still will not suspend and resume.
So i fired up all 3 XBMC's and compared them to each other and found some thing im not sure about.
I did a cat /proc/acpi/wakeup and here is what i get back
Bedroom and Rec-room XBMC say that same thing
xbmc@XBMCLive:~$ cat /proc/acpi/wakeup

As you can see most of the list has S4 on it including the USB0 and 2 but the Bedroom and Rec-room XBMC has S3 on the USB0 and 2.
So my question is has any one come across this and if so how do i fix that
