Confluence - DVD Eject not available?

Hi all,

Question is as above, I am using minimal Jaunty with xci.sh on a Zotac IONITX-F-E, when dvd/cd media is in the drive the eject option does not become available

I have found the code within the Home.xml file, but its not working for me.

But if I use the repo installer and install confuence from there giving me 2 confuence themes this one's dvd/cd eject becomes available.

Is there any way of making the default installed confluences's eject feature functional?

At pure guess the "repo installer" has a newer version that what you use it is in the svn so will be in the next xbmc version
