Having trouble with Skin.SetPath(string[,value])

How exactly do you define your own path (value) in the Skin.SetPath(string[,value]) control?

I've tried various ways but can't get any to work.

Skin.SetPath(CustomMoviesFolder[,backdrops/movies])
Skin.SetPath(CustomMoviesFolder[,media/backdrops/movies])

you don't need the [] in the wiki that just means its optional in this case you don't need ,value bit

btw you should be using special://skin/media or special://xbmc/media depending on which one you mean because not everyone will find the right path
