just installed 9.11 and everything setup fine I can see my movie covers and info, but when i attempt to play the video I can hear the Audio but get no video, video works fine with every other program i use Vlc, Divx ... etc

You have a Direct X shaders problem. Try latest DX runtime from Microsoft (Feb 2010 I think). Or your hardware doesn't support pixel shaders 2.0, which XBMC needs.
