Mindzai Wrote:I said pretty clearly that it's my personal preference that the bottom is trimmed. I'd rather have missing legs than missing heads. Others may not agree, which was why I also suggested making it an option. It seems a perfectly reasonable suggestion so I don't really see why you are so upset over it. I also don't see what difference taking 20px from the top makes either tbh. As you say yourself, 20px is nothing so I don't understand why you think that would mitigate the removal of thighs. It seems to me that you just want to argue though, so I'll leave it there, I think I've explained myself well enough for most people to understand.

If you also think 20px is nothing then you could use it because apart from that its done exactly how you want, I'll just mode my own in future maybe you should do the same

You guys mind posting images of the final results? I may be interested in adding one of them to the official build...

I personally prefer to see the full fanart rather than the cropped version.

Here's how it looks in full -

And here's the default version -

EDIT: I can commit the changes to SVN if you want to check it out.

Nice but need to keep the look of the current one (behind the list, well on top just diffused) as this makes it unique.

personally I like the fanart centred on screen.

Yeah I really only did the one not behind the list for myself as it was my preference

@Mindzai

I've done what you asked for as I'm in a better mood today was having a stressful week lol I also added the scale version of the other one as I had it here as couldn't make up my own mind at the time which one I liked as I said before the one that shows the full fanart image has a slight aspect error its either that or lose a little of each end

Heres both

That looks brilliant, cheers! Nod Much better than the default imo. This skin is getting pretty close to perfection for me. Thanks for all the hard work.

Not a problem if I had been in the right frame of mind I would have just done for you anyway, cant take credit for anything really all the hard work is done by these guys already

That's a good example where you notice the aspect is out in the last image where its a funny angle to start with just makes it more apparent

Hey >>X<<,

tnx for the files... for me the show/season infopanel looks correct, but with the episode infopanel it's blending the fanart? I also had this with your previous mod...
pics: season ok / episode not ok

Can it be the same with episodes?

My bad I really didn't spend to much time on this and I actually have fanart disabled on that view in my version as I'm running it on an Ion and it performs better so didn't notice

Copy position and size from "InfoPanelfanartTvshow" into "InfoPanelfanart" and change stretch to scale if your using the scale version this is in "Includes_Fanart.xml" looking at it you might have to do the same to music as well which is at the top of the xml

Or you could rename my panel-diffuse.png and update line 63 in "Includes_Fanart.xml" then put the original Xperience panel-diffuse.png back I would use that option if you notice any other problems as its also used in three other places but I've only had a quick look
