No plugins option?

Why in the windows directx version are their no plugins option under video -library ? I cant figure out how to get plugins to work.. i have xbmc4xbox and xbox live on teh acer revo fully working but the windows version is giving me issues

Please search the forums - this has been covered numerous times. Plugins are now addons, thus existing plugins need updating for the new system.
Always read the XBMC online-manual, FAQ and search the forum before posting.
Do not e-mail XBMC-Team members directly asking for support. Read/follow the forum rules.
For troubleshooting and bug reporting please make sure you read this first.

This only applies to the windows branch? Because i updated xbmc live to the latest build and it still allows plugins such as History and NBC Universal...

Latest build doesn't mean much to me - it may be quite old.
Always read the XBMC online-manual, FAQ and search the forum before posting.
