Right now xbmc shows us notifications when someone calls or when sends a message. Is it possible to show us all notifications (like when someone sends a message over gtalk) in xbmc?

Sorry, there is no hook for the notifications, at least I don't know any. So there is no way to receive all notifications.

Would it be possible to provide an API that would let applications send notifications via XBMC Remote, though?
The K-9 email client is one example of an application that publishes intents for notifications. I wouldn't mind working on a lightweight plugin to receive those intents and push notifications to XBMC.
