Help with movie posters

Hello, I'm extremely new to this so please be gentle
I use the Confluence skin with XBMC 9.11
None of my movies display the movie posters or any infos, plot like I see in screenshots from everybody. They all use a screenshot from the actual movie and that in any view (thumbnail, poster view, wide icons, etc)
I checked my scrapers and it is set to tmdb, I also checked and my movies have a page on tmdb.com
The option Extract thumbnails and video imformations is checked.
All my movies are in a folder named #Movies.
I also try what I found on wiki:
I created some jpg of some posters that I renamed with .tbn
For example I have in my #Movies folder:

Ce Soir Je Dors Chez Toi.avi
Ce Soir Je Dors Chez Toi.tbn

But yet I just see the screenshot

What am I doing wrong or what am I missing?

why not dump each movie on it's own folder? you can use ember media manager to do that.
