Does anyone know how to get m2ts show up in video library? All the rest of the movies show up fine except the ones with m2ts extensions.

If you go into the videos section, you should be able to browse to the folder(s) holding the m2ts file(s)...when you get to the video file(s) do a get "movie information"...you may be prompted to type in the movie name, but once its found it (via the scraper) (and then you have flagged it as a movie) it should appear in the movies section - is this what you were after?
