Is it possible to modified the skin so that it has a kids section
in the main menu and that point to a directory some where with all the kids movies and its own wall paper background?

it's supposed to work with T! 2.11
in case you're running an svn version of T!, things may slightly differ at some points, but the biggest part of the tutorial should still be valid.

This tutorial shows how to do what you're describing in Confluence. Perhaps something similar could be implemented in Transparency (sorry if this is way off on a tangent - I'm not on my home pc to be able to test it out).
