HTPC Build Question

Question
Okay... my first posting here and kicking myself now for not doing enough due diligence...

I'm building my 1st HTPC and I'm using the components listed below...

Mobo: ASUS AT3IONT-I
RAM: OCZ3G1066LV4GK
Case: HTPC CASE MONEUAL LAB Y603B RT
HDD: 1TB HDD

So I checked the ASUS site and saw the list of supported RAM AFTER I ordered and the stuff has already shipped... so I was wondering if anyone here has any experience with this particular RAM and MOBO combo?

I noticed on the supported RAM list that there are other OCZ3GxxxxLV4GK models, just not my particular one... now I'm worried that it won't be compatible Sad

For my first build I'm excited at how it is all going to play out, just wanted some advice.

Thanks in advance!!

Do not stress - OCZ ram will work just fine for you build.

I believe the supported RAM list just features modules which have been tested by the mainboard manufacturer. Any RAM module that aligns with the specifications should do fine normally...

Be sure to memtest any RAM you get (no matter if its recommended or not) so if its a bad stick you can RMA it.

You should make friends with the original poster of the following thread. Your hardware is remarkably similar...
