Focus on first item not on Go-Back

I am trying to optimize the navigation through files, movies and tv-shows. I allready found this setting for advancedsettings.xml to remove the All-Seasons entry in the tv-shows:

What I would like to do now is changing the behavior when you jump into a folder. Now the selection is always on the "Go Back" item or "...". I would prefer if the first item could be selected instead. Or maybe the go-back item can be removed completely?
I have no idea if this is possible, if it is just a general setting or if every menu itself (tv-shows, movies, files, music) has to be modified...

Settings>Appearance>flie lists>show parent folder items
