Ya, so the site jumped the gun...for some reason they decided to post the info we already knew. It's not out...but at least we got a price tag. $180 not too shabby.

heatsink design is one of the most awesome solutions I have ever seen, but overall I'm still not impressed with the 2nd gen atom/"Ion" combo, mostly due to intel effectively shutting out any meaningful external GPU connection. nvidia tried their best but as long as intel don't provide any efficient accelerated HD-decoding by themselves with their atom-chips I think you could as well stick with 1st gen atom&Ion. just look at the TDP of the new chips...
