so i have the latest xbmc version on my new appletv......i have my whole network setup.....mac and appletv to router and router to isp. I want to connect my appletv to my mac to watch all of my avi's and such but i cant get this network ssh http crap down please help me step by step...PLEASE

Bump after 5 minutes is extremely bad etiquette.
All you need to do is turn file sharing on on your mac. Then just connect to it by adding a windows file sharing source in XBMC.
